Lara gets own make-up artist for ‘Dancing..’

Lara will use her own make-up artist in ‘Dancing With The Stars’.

Melbourne: Lara Bingle has apparently been given permission to use her own make-up artist in the Channel 7`s new series of ‘Dancing With The Stars’.

It`s understood Bingle, signed for a rumoured 50,000 dollars-plus fee, will be beautified every week by her long-time make-up guy Max May instead of the Channel 7 in-house team, reports a newspaper. The request was granted after Bingle made the specific plea to use May - the man she claimed she is collaborating with on her "coffee table beauty book", which is yet to find a publisher. A representative for May confirmed he will work with Bingle on the show "for however long she is on there". 2A Seven spokeswoman however claimed not to know about the exception made for Bingle saying only that "we`re not privy to this information so it`s best to check with her agent". “Obviously we have hair and make-up people, who look after the contestants and hosts and judges, etc. Some people like to have their own, some use the in house team," the spokeswoman added.
