London: Michelle Obama known for her stylish taste in fashion has always maintained that she is a practical dresser - her decisions on what she wears are based on what she’s doing that day.
Indeed, she meant what she said.
For a quick flight to the presidential retreat of Camp David, where the Obama’s spent a rare weekend, the First Lady wore a 30-dollar `Impressionist Print Draped Dress` from ‘Gap’.
She wore the dress as a tunic, pairing it with white ankle length slacks and black sandals, reports the Daily Mail.
This is not the first time she has garnered attention by wearing clothing from Main Street chains.
She previously wore a 10-dollar Gap t-shirt to lunch with Nancy Reagan, and sat down with The Today Show in a 34.95-dollar H and M dress in February.
The unpretentious First Lady also notoriously donned a Merona frock (sold at Target stores) two summers ago.
