Modelling requires hard work, dedication: Rosie Huntington

London: `Transformers 3` star Rosie Huntington-Whiteley says it takes a lot of dedication and hard work to make it big as a model.

The 24-year-old model-tuned-actress is one of the world`s most in-demand faces and she insists it has taken a lot of work to get to her position and has had lots of knockback along the way, reported Elle magazine. When asked for her advice to aspiring models, Rosie said, "It takes hard work, determination and the ability to pick yourself up and try again when things go wrong. I advise you to get a reputable team around you, too. And always trust your gut feeling." Rosie, who is dating Hollywood heartthrob Jason Statham, also said her mother is her inspiration as she has always supported her dreams. "My mother inspires me. She`s been the driving force behind me the whole way and I strive to make her proud. I`m always drawn to women who are strong, independent, individual, who have an air of mystery about them and who aren`t afraid of their sexuality," she said. PTI
