London: Scarlett has cut off her trademark long blonde locks and gone for a edgier look with a bob.

The `Iron Man` star unveiled her new look at the Mango Fashion Awards held at the Museu Nacional d`Art de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain. The Academy award nominated actress is the face of the brand and presented the Honorary Button to French designer Jean Paul Gaultier. But it was her hair that stole the show, as she spun around on the red carpet to show off the chin length bob, reported Daily Mail online. She follows in the footsteps of Ashlee Simpson and Heidi Klum, who had chopped their locks for a shorter hair-do. Johansson teamed the new look with a simple black cocktail dress, long necklace and strappy shoes. The hairstyle is quite a departure for the 25-year-old, who normally uses her long locks to great advantage in her films and photo-shoots. PTI
