Shoe store suing LiLo over unpaid bills

Washington: Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a shoe store over unpaid bills.

According to a lawsuit to be filed, Lohan concocted a diabolical, fraudulent plan to defraud an LA boutique out of thousands of dollars.

In suit, Tough as Nails -- a boutique that sells expensive clothes, jewellery, and accessories – has claimed that the actress has shopped at their store between November 2009 and February 2010 and racked up a bill of 17,060.83 dollars, according to a news website.

The suit also alleges the actress convinced the owners that her business manager would pay the bill. But much to the chagrin of the owners, Lindsay`s business manager paid just 180 dollars.

The suit even alleges that Lindsay "had no intention of causing her business manager to pay the entire balance,” reports a news channel.

The owners say Lindsay committed premeditated fraud and are seeking the balance -- 16,880.63 dollars -- plus interest and punitive damages.
