Mumbai: Kajal Agarwal, who made her Bollywood debut opposite Ajay Devgn in Rohit Shetty’s blockbuster flick ‘Singham,’ has denied posing topless for a magazine cover.
Images of Kajal covering her modesty with her hands crossed over her shoulders surfaced a few days back. The cover picture of hers resembled Lindsay Lohan’s photo shoot for ‘Entertainment Weekly’ magazine. However, the ‘Singham’ girl denies having posed topless ever in her life.
Talking to a daily, the mighty miffed actress said, “I was wearing a black tube top while shooting. In fact, I still have the pictures that I shot in the tube top, which they sent for my approval. Moreover, I did not give them an interview.”
Kajal was seen in ethnic outfits in her first Bollywood film and did not give an impression of being bold in terms of shedding her clothes!
“I’m not the kind of person who would ever do a topless shoot. My reputation and work stands by me. Publishing a distorted version of the photo is wrong and unethical,” said the actress.
Her representative shall take appropriate action against the magazine for morphing her picture and trying to malign her image.
Earlier, Sonakshi Sinha and Vidya Balan too have been in a similar situation like Kajal, when their morphed images in a bikini hit the web.
