London: German model and actress Heidi Klum is all set to launch her second line of costume jewellery called ‘Wildlife by Heidi Klum’ for QVC this autumn.
The feat follows her previous stint of designing jewellery for the retailer with jeweler Wajdi Mouawad in 2006.
According to the 38-year-old, she enjoyed the process of creating a cheaper costume collection more than working with fine jewellery.
“I feel free now with this. I can reach more people with costume jewelry, the prices are great and I can make big pieces. It’s way more fun,” the Daily Mail quoted her as saying.
The 35-piece collection would range in price from 30 to 200 dollars, and features semi-precious stones such as smoky quartz and opal.
It includes pendants, bold cuffs and cocktail rings, all of which have been designed on a bold scale.
“All of the pieces are statement pieces,” Klum added.
