Oil: 2 tsp

Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tsp

Finely Chopped Green Chillies: 1 tsp

Boiled and Chopped Walnut: ¼ cup

Chopped French Beans: ¼ cup

Cashew Nut Powder: 1 ½ tbsp

Salt: to taste

Turmeric Powder: ½ tsp

Coriander Powder: 1 tsp

Red Chilli Powder: 1 ½ tsp

Mawa: 1 tbsp

Grated Raw Banana: ½ cup

Salt: to taste

Crushed Black Pepper: to taste

Boiled and Grated Potato: ¼ cup

Grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese): 1 tbsp

Almond and Walnut Powder: 1 tbsp

Red Chilli Powder: ½ tsp

Oil to Pan Sear: 1 tsp


In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chillies, boiled and chopped walnuts, chopped french beans, cashew nut powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mawa and mix.

Ina bowl add grated raw banana, salt, crushed black pepper, boiled and grated potato, grated paneer, almond and walnut powder and red chilli powder and mix.

Mix both the mixtures.

Take a portion of the mixture and make a tikki. Add oil in a pan and pan sear the tikki from both sides.

Once cooked, remove on a plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
