Recipe: Almond Kulfi
During summers, what better than this delicious dessert!Ingredients:
Almonds (peeled and grinded), 1 cup
Condensed milk, 1-1/2 cup
Whipped cream, 1 cup
Powdered cardamom, 1/4 teaspoon
Pistachios (chopped), 1/2 cup
Saffron, a pinchProcedure:
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except pistachios and saffron.
For about 2-5 minutes, beat the mixture. Continue till it is soft.
Put the mixture in a conical mould.
Sprinkle chopped pistachios and a pinch of saffron over the mixture.
Refrigerate for about 8 to 10 hours.
The mouth-watering Almond Kulfi is ready to be served!
