Procedure: Mix together coriander paste, curd, black salt and pepper and cheese and make a smooth spread. Heat oil and poach the egg. Keep one slice of bread and spread the coriander cheese mixture evenly. Now keep the poached egg over it and cover with another slice. Grill for 5 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce.
