Recipe: Chicken Shishtouk

Marination of Shish ToukIngredients
Olive oil – 30ml
Curd – 100gm
Tomato Paste – 50gm
Degi Mirch – 1/2 Tspn
Cumin pwdr – 1/2 Tspn
Coriander – 1/2 Tspn
Garlic Paste – 1/2 Tspn
Salt – To taste
Lemon juice – 1 tspn
All the above ingredients to be mixed well.
Chicken leg boneless – 180gm
3 kinds of bell peppers – 3 nos
Satay Stick – 03nosProcedure
Use the well mixed ingredients for marinating the chicken. Cut the boneless pieces of chicken leg and bell peppers into dices and put them in the satay sticks as skewers. When the chicken and bell pepper dices are completely skewered in the satay sticks cook them in the grill for four to five minutes. Now its ready to serve with the dip of Garlic mayonnaise.
