Rice basmati-100 gms
Milk full fat-1 ltr
Breakfast Sugar-20 gms
Raisin halved -10 gms
Crushed cashewnut-10 gms
Almond slivered-10 gms
Melted Chocolate for coating-500 gms
- Cook the rice and the milk together till it acquires a thick consistency. Add sugar, almond, cashew nuts and raisins. Mix it well and chill it in the refrigerator.
- Form into quenelles and coat it with melted chocolate.
