100 gm Whipped Cream
500 gm Almonds (toasted & crushed)
1 tbsp Butter
100 gm Sugar
100 ml Syrup
How to make Almond Candy:
Put cream, sugar, and syrup in a pan and bring to a boil. Keep stirring the mixture.
Simmer on low flame for 30 minutes, or until the mixture gets thick consistency.
Add the almonds and butter and mix well.
Put the mixture to candy molds.
Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes, or until set.
Your candy is ready.
