Creamed green beans and celery

Try put this creamy beans.

Ingredients-
-450 g green beans
-1/2cup water
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 ½ cup milk
-salt and pepper to taste
-3 tablespoon of chopped celery leaves
-1 stem of chopped celery
-2 onions cut into pieces
-2 tablespoon each of flour and butter
-4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Procedure-
-Cut the beans into small pieces and cook it with celery in a pot with water and a bit of salt for 15-20 minutes. Drain the water and keep it aside.
-Fry the onion with butter in a saucepan until golden brown. Now mix with the flour and stir it for a while. Remove from heat and stir in milk. Put back to heat and stir the mixture till the gravy thickens.Now add the cooked beans and celery and blend it well. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
