Try out this delicious and mouth watering recipe.
01 Kg Yogurt
200 Gms Kuttu ka atta
10 Gms Green chili
50 Gms Fresh coriander
Sendha namak to taste
Hang yogurt in muslin cloth so that all the water should be drained out.
Combine hang yogurt and kuttu atta.
Season it with sendha namak, chopped green chili, and fresh coriander.
Make smooth dough.
Refrigerate it for some time.
Divide the yogurt mixture in small ball and them a medallion shape.
Shallow fry it on a tawa or non stick pan till golden brown.
Arrange in a serving dish.
Serve with mint chutney.
