Dahi Ke Kebab

Relish the mouth-watering Dahi ke kebab.


Hang Curd - 1liter
Refined oil - 100gm
Ginger paste - 1 tea spoon
Garlic paste - 1 tea spoon
Mace powder - ¼ tea spoon
Attar - 1 to 2 drop
Cardamom powder - ½ tea spoon
Saffron - 1 gm
Yellow chili powder - tea spoon
Salt - to taste
Sandal Powder - 5gm
Bay leaf - 5gm
Black Pepper Powder - ½ tea spoon
Bread Crump - 200gm
Cumin - ½ tea spoon
Brown onion Paste - table spoon
Pure Ghee - For Shallow Fry


Firstly take a thali put all the curd, add spices except, cumin and bread crump. Mesh very well unless become uniform. Put another fry pan on heat add refined oil till very hot and add cumin, then turn down cumin and refined oil to marinated curd, bread crump and mix properly. Refrigerate for a hour then make round patty as per your desired diameter size but not very thick, fry on tawa by pure ghee on slow heat.
