Doodh Ka Bhutta

Try out this delicious stater recipe.

Ingredients :

250 g (9 oz) Corn (bhutta) kernels, crushed
l 1/4 cups (250 ml) 8 fl oz Milk
1 1/2 tbsp (30 g) 1 oz Butter
1/2 tsp (2 g) Salt
1/4 tsp White pepper (safed mirch) powder

Procedure :

Add the crushed corn with milk and bring to the boil.
Cook, stirring constantly, till the mixture thickens.
Mix the remaining ingredients.
Remove from heat and serve as a topping on toast .
Serve hot.
