Egg-Lettuce Salad

1 cup roughly chopped iceberg lettuce
1 tsp butter
2 tsp roughly cut coconut pieces
2 boiled eggs cut in halves
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
3 tsp sprouts
¼ cup tsp boiled sweet corn
½ cup chopped spring onions
2 tsp cream(optional)


Heat butter. Add chopped spring onions, lettuce, coconut, sprouts, sweet corn and cook covered for sometime. Open the lid; add salt, pepper and cream. Sauté for two minutes. Remove from fire and allow it to cool. Now place boiled eggs on the salad and serve.
