200 gms all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp sodium bi carbonate
1 cup curd
50 gms semolina
100 gms butter
200 gms powdered sugar
50 gms condensed milk
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup milk
Sieve flour with baking powder, soda and cocoa powder.
Mix well curd with semolina and keep aside for 10 min.
Beat butter, sugar and condensed milk.
Add soaked semolina and curd mixture.
Add flour. Mix well.
Add milk to make a fine paste.
Bake in a greased tin at 180 c for 45 min. or micro wave for 7 min on high.
Serve hot or with icing/ chocolate sauce.
