Gram flour (besan) - 250 grams
Sugar - 250 grams
Ghee – 200 gms
Milk – 1 cup
Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
Dry fruits (Cashews, pistachio, almonds) - ½ cup (coarsely crushed)
Heat some ghee in a kadhai. In the mean while, mix the besan, sugar and the dry fruits. Now add this mixture to the ghee and stir until the besan turns brown. Keep stirring so that the besan doesn’t get burnt.
Now add milk and mix thoroughly. Add some more ghee if required.
Take it off flame and transfer this mixture onto a plate. Once it gets cooled, cut in diamond or square shapes.
