On the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, try this simple recipe of fruit kheer at home, and enjoy the festivity with your loved ones.
Fruits (apple, pear, grapes peeled and then grated)
Chopped cashews, pistachios and almonds
1 ltr Milk
½ cup Sugar
¼ tsp Cardamom powder
Condense milk until thick and add the grated fruits. Cook it for few more minutes.
Add dry nuts, sugar and cardamom powder. Stir well.
Refrigerate and serve chilled.
Tasty fruit kheer is ready to serve.
