Grilled garlic butter fish

Your guests would love to gorge onto this grilled dish.

Ingredients:

• 500 g - fish fillet
• 3 tbsp - garlic butter
• 1/2 tsp - fresh rosemary
• 2 tbsp - fresh parslet
• 1/4 - lemon juice
• Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

Rub all the ingredients over the fish and allow it to marinate for 2-4 hours. Grill till done. Serve hot.
