Italian: Fennel Salad

Try out this easy to make refreshing Italian salad.

Ingredients :

One bulb of fennel
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp currants
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Procedure :

Cut the fennel in half length ways;
Remove the outside layer from each piece.
Cut the triangular core from each piece.
Mix the olive oil, sea salt, and currants.
Mix lemon juice.
Serve.
