Try out this lip smacking delicious rice recipe.
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
21/2 tsp Olive Or Canola Oil
8 cups Fresh Spinach (chopped)
11/2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 cups Hot Cooked Rice
1/2 cup Chopped Roasted Sweet Red Peppers
Sauté garlic in oil for 60 seconds.
Mix in spinach.
Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or until tender.
Mix the vinegar, salt and pepper.
Add in the rice and stir it well with red peppers until they get combined.
Cook and stir until it gets heated.
