Leftover turkey, sliced or shredded
2 slices of bread
1 lettuce, chopped
1 sliced tomato
2 tsp Butter
Heat gravy in a small pan.
Arrange 2 slices of lightly buttered bread on each plate and top with turkey.
Place a layer of sliced tomato and chopped lettuce.
Drizzle with hot gravy and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve with leftover cranberry sauce and warmed leftover dressing.
If desired, add warmed leftover mashed potatoes.
