2 cups of besan
1 cup of water
4 cups of oil
2 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Mango powder
Start with cutting the potatoes into thin slices.
Then add some water to besan and make a batter.
Add red chilli powder and mango powder (if need be)
Blend it and heat the oil.
Dip each piece of potato in batter, and fry the pieces till they turn brown.
Your dish is ready to be served.
