Mixed fruit jam

Mixed Fruit Jam is a very mouth-watering recipe; it tastes good when combined with variety of other food items, it’s an easy recipe to prepare.

Ingredients:

1 Kg Apples
• 1/2 Kg Papaya
• 1/2 Kg Grapes
• 4 Bananas
• 4 Chickoos
• 2 Kg Sugar
• 4 tsp Citric acid
• 1 tsp Essence

Procedure:
Boil all the fruits.
Peel and cut into pieces.
Boil them in water till they turn soft.
Blend it well by a manual mixie.
Add sugar and cook till the sugar is dissolved.
Now mix citric acid.
Cook till it turns thick.
Add essence.
Mixed Fruit Jam is ready.
