Monsoon Special: Hot and Sweet Potatoes

Enjoy the monsoons by digging into these mouth-watering potatoes.


Ingredients:

2 large boiled potatoes
4 tbsp honey
1 tsp green chilly paste
1 tsp red chilly paste
1 tsp garlic paste
½ tsp pepper powder
2 tsp olive oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp Sesame seeds

Procedure:

Dice the potatoes in long strips. Coat them well with all the above mentioned ingredients and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Now grill for 5-6 minutes or till they are brown and crisp. Serve with onion rings.
