Murg pashtuni kabab

This is a savoury dish made of soft cheese and chicken breast.

Ingredients:

300 gms chicken breast
200 gms processed cheese
20 gms ginger
10 gms garlic
5 gms green chillies
1 gms saffron
60 gms spinach
180 gms yoghurt
60 gms spring onion
10 gms salt
100 ml cream (view)
100 gms lime
80 gms refined

Procedure:

Flatten the chicken breast with the meat mallet. Season with salt, pepper, oil, yoghurt & flour. Cut processed cheese into rectangle & add finely chopped ginger, garlic & green chillies on top. Sandwich all these ingredients with spinach leaves roll the chicken with cheese & spinach, seal with tooth pick & griddle on tawa. Once the chicken is cooked serve them with saffron yoghurt dip.
