Celebrate Nag Panchami by preparing some delicious Til ke laddoo.
Sesame seeds (White) - 4 cups
Coconut (Grated) - 1/4
Jaggery (Grated) - 1 ½ cup
Water as required
Roast the sesame seeds in a kadhai until it turns slightly golden brown. Take it aside in a plate.
Now melt the jaggery, add some water to make a syrup. (The consistency shouldn’t be too watery or too thick). Now add the grated coconut.
Cook for some time until the water gets evaporated.
Then add the sesame seeds and mix properly.
Take it off the flame and make small laddoos of this mixture. Make sure it doesn’t cool down else making laddoos will become difficult.
