Narial Shikanji

From-Megha Singhal, New Delhi


2cup coconut thick milk;
1botlle of 300ml soda or lemonade;
juice of 2 lemons;
2tbsp honey; 2
tbsp powdered sugar;

For garnishing-;
a sprig of mint leaves to decorate the coconut shell;
lemon slice.


Mix all the ingredients. Mix with crushed ice. Churn round in a blender. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve in coconut shell decorated with coconut pieces & lemon slice.
