Oil - 1½ tablespoon.
Butter - 1 tablespoon.
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon.
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon.
Green Chillies - 3, slit.
Tomatoes - 5, chopped.
Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon.
Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon.
Dry masala - 1 tablespoon.
Potatoes - 500 gms, cut into cubes.
Fenugreek leaves - 800 gms, chopped.
Salt (as per taste)
Heat oil in a frying pan and crackle cumin seeds.
Add green chillies and ginger paste into the pan. Cook over low heat.
Add dry masala and fry briefly over high heat.
Next add tomatoes and potatoes. Cook till the potatoes are half-done.
Then lend the fenugreek leaves. Season with salt. End it all up with butter.
