Paneer (flat cube) 04 pc
Hung curd 50gr
Green chilly paste 1/2tsp
Garam masala 1/4tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Yellow chilli pwd 1/4tsp
Coriander & mint paste 1/2tsp
Kasoori methi 1/4tsp
Mustard oil 2tsp
Sesame burger bun 01 no
Tomato (sliced) 30grm
Cucumber (sliced) 30grm
Mint chutney 01 remikan
Laccha onion 20grm
Butter (yellow) 30grm
Potato wedges/ french fries 100grm
Perpare the marinade for paneer by mixing all the ingredients
Cut paneer into flat cubes, easy to griddle
Marinate paneer with the prepasred marination & leave it aside in cold
Prepare the burger in the meantime,
Cut burger into two halves horizontally.
Apply butter & griddle it over the hot palte or tawa till golde brown.
Also, grill the paneer tikka on all the sides.
On the burger base, put lettuce, topped with sliced tomatoes, cucumber & paneer.
Top with laccha onion with a sprinkle of chat masala
