Filo pastry--100 gm
Spinach-- 200 gm
Olive oil--80 ml
Refined flour--150 ml
Salt to taste
Take a fry pan. Heat the oil.
Add fine chopped onion and then later garlic.
Add olive oil with some olives into it. Add finally chopped spinach and cook it well.
Once its soft and cooked well add salt and nutmeg into the mixture.
Take it out. Cool it down till room temperature. Later add feta cheese in the mixture.
Take a filo sheet (pastry) and make a triangle fold in that. (Can make cigar shape as well).
Keep it in refregeration to set. Then take it out and deep fry it.
Serve well with tomato dip or cocktail dressing.
