Enjoy the ready to make paneer choupsey with your family and friends.Ingredients:Cottage cheese 250gms (cut like potatoes fingers)2tbsp corn flour1tsp chopped garlic½ tsp chopped ginger1tsp chopped green chillies1tsp tomato ketchup2tbp soya sauce½ tsp chilli sauce2tsp cornflour mixed with ½ cup water2tsp oilsalt and pepper to tasteFor the garnish: 1/ cup chopped spring onion greensProcedure: Heat the oil in wok on a high flame. Add garlic, ginger and green chillies and stir-fry for few seconds. Add the tomato ketchup, soya sauce, chilli sauce, MSG, and salt and pepper.Add cornflour paste to the mixture and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add paneer fingers and mix well to coat in the sauce.Serve hot, garnished with the spring onion greens.
