Cottage cheese 250gms (cut like potatoes fingers)
2tbsp corn flour
1tsp chopped garlic
½ tsp chopped ginger
1tsp chopped green chillies
1tsp tomato ketchup
2tbp soya sauce
½ tsp chilli sauce
2tsp cornflour mixed with ½ cup water
salt and pepper to taste
For the garnish: 1/ cup chopped spring onion greens
Heat the oil in wok on a high flame. Add garlic, ginger and green chillies and stir-fry for few seconds. Add the tomato ketchup, soya sauce, chilli sauce, MSG, and salt and pepper.
Add cornflour paste to the mixture and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add paneer fingers and mix well to coat in the sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with the spring onion greens.
