Recipe: Aam Papar Ki Subzi

Aam papar 50g
Green chilli 1
Methi seeds 1/2tsp
Ghee 1tsp
Kalongi 1/2tsp
Dry ginger powder 1/2tsp
Raisins 1tbsp
Dry red chilli 1
1bay leaf
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Sugar 1tsp
Amchur powder 1/2tsp
salt to taste
Dhania powder 1/2tsp
Red chili powder 1/2tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2tsp


Cut the aam paper into small pieces. Heat ghee in a pan, add green chilli, red chilli, bay leaf, methi seeds, kalongi and cumin seeds. When the seeds crackle add all the dried spices, 1cup water and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes. Add aam papar pieces and raisins. cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve cold.
