Recipe: Aate Ki Pinni

Celebrate Baisakhi by serving your guests this delightful `mithai`.


1 cup Wheat flour
1 cup Ghee
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
¼ cup milk
1 cup.Powdered sugar
½ cup mixed dry fruits


Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan.
Add flour and cook till it is evenly browned and aromatic, take off fire.
Spread contents of pan into plate, allow to cool.
Add sifted powdered sugar, cardamom, dry fruit.
Mix very gently, but thoroughly.
Shape into equal sized balls.
Cool completely before storing in airtight boxes.
