Recipe: Aloo Tuk
500 g Potatoes
1 tbsp Red Chilies (coarsely grounded)
¼ tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Mango Powder (dried)
Oil for frying
Firstly, peel the potatoes well and cut them in round shapes.
Fry them in oil until it turns golden brown.
After that, drain the excess oil.
Flatten the potato chips. And all the other ingredients to it.
