Ingredients

Sole fish slice 320
Lemon juice 25Ml
Ginger garlic paste 5 Gm
Red chili paste 20 Gm
Carom seed 5 Gm
Besan 120 Gm
Rice flour 3 Gm
Salt 15m
Egg yolk 1 no.
Oil For frying

Procedure

1. Marinate sole fish with lemon juice, Ginger garlic paste, red chilly paste and salt set aside for 20 minutes.
2. Add egg yolk, Besan and rice flour.
3. Heat oil in the khadai.
4. Deep fry in oil hot oil.
5. Serve with mint garlic chutney and Laccha onion.
