Recipe: Bajra Aloo Roti

Ingredients:

2 cups Millet Flour (bajre ka aata)
¾ cup Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
¼ cup Onions (finely chopped)
3-4 tbsp Fresh Coriander (finely chopped)
1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (amchur)
2 tsp Green Chilli & Ginger Paste
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt
Ghee

How to make Bajra Aloo Roti:

First, mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and make soft dough.
Make round balls of the dough and roll them out with a rolling pin.
Cook the chapattis on a hot iron skillet.
Once the roties get cooked, you can serve them with hot potato curry or any vegetable of your choice.
