Recipe: Baked Potatoes with Oregano

Great Navratri dish and very tasty!

Ingredients

• 1½ kg Potatoes
• ½ cup Olive Oil
• 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
• Oregano (to flavor)
• Salt (to taste)
• Pepper (to taste)

Procedure

• Peel the potatoes, rinse and drain them.
• Slice them into small pieces and place them in a baking pan.
• Pour olive oil and lemon juice.
• Sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir gently.
• Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
