Recipe: Banana Roast

Ingredients:

2 Bananas
1 cup Coconut (grated)
1 Egg (beaten)
½ tsp Cardamom Powder
3 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Ghee
A handful of Cashew Nuts

How to make Banana Roast:

Slice the bananas into small pieces.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the banana pieces until golden yellow.
Add egg to the pan and cook it well.
Mix coconut with sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
Now add cashew nuts and cardamom powder.
Your dish is ready to be served hot.
