-Paste of 2 garlic cloves
-Juice of 2 fresh lemons
-12x 180 g salmon fillets with skin
-2 tablespoons grated capers
-1/2 cup olive oil
-1 bunch lemon thyme
-a bit of chopped dill leaves
-Add all the mixture of capers, 1/3 cup lemon juice, lemon thyme, oil, dill in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Now pour the marinade in a salmon spread in a large dish. Cover it and refrigerate for 2-4 hours to marinate. Take out from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
-Preheat the greased barbecue plate on medium high heat. Now barbecue salmon up and down brushing with the marinade until cooked through and serve with lemon wedges.
