Easy to make and healthy to eat, Bean sprouts stir fry makes for a quick snack!
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
1 cup roughly chopped broccoli
1/2 cup thinly sliced capsicum
1/4 cup sliced baby corn
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp dried thyme
1 1/2 tsp oil
salt to taste
Heat the oil in a wok or kadhai on a high flame; add the garlic and stir for a minute.
Add the bean sprouts, mushrooms, broccoli, capsicum and baby corn and stir-fry over a high flame for a few seconds.
Add the thyme and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
