Recipe: Belgian waffles
Start your day with rich and creamy waffles.
2 cups flour
2 tsp rice protein powder
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
3 tsp canola oil
1 tsp vinegar
2 cups soy milk
1 tsp vanilla
Combine the flour, protein powder, baking powder and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Add the vinegar, oil, milk and vanilla; mix well.
Add milk to make the mixture thick.
Preheat waffle iron and coat with cooking spray. Pour enough batter to fill the wells and cook perfectly.
Garnish it with cream and strawberries and serve hot.
