1 tbsp skimmed milk
½ tsp rapeseed oil
100gm cottage cheese
Chopped strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
Break the egg in a bowl, beta it with milk and cinnamon.
Heat some oil in a non-stick frying pan.
Pour the mixture, let it evenly cover the pan.
Cook until golden brown, do not flip it over.
Serve on a plate with grated cheese and drop a lot of fresh berries over it.
