Recipe: Besan aur badam ke ladoo

20-25 Almonds (finely chopped)

4 cups Besan or Gram Flour

2 cups powdered sugar

2 cups ghee


Heat some ghee in a kadhai.

Add gram flour and roast it for at least 10 minutes till it gives out a nice aroma.

Now, transfer the roasted gram flour into a bowl and finely chopped almonds. Mix well and allow it to cool.

Then add powdered sugar and mix thoroughly.

Make equal sized ladoos.
