Cottage cheese slices(roundels)--20
Tomato  ketchup--15+25 gms
Chili  powder--05 + 15 gms
Roasted  cumin powder--10 gm
Garam masala powder--03 gm
Chat  masala--10 gm
Roasted  chick pea  flour--10 gm
Ginger  chopped--15 gm
Green  chilies’ chopped--3
Salt to taste
Mashed potato--50 gm
Ghee--50 gm
Royal  cumin--3 gm
Blanched spinach(Chopped)--150 gm
Spinach paste--15 gm


Water--250 gm
Refined  flour--100 gm
Carom seeds--5 gm
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder--5 gm
Turmeric powder--3 gm

Method of preparation:

1. Marinate cottage roundels with salt, red chili powder, and ketchup. Keep them aside.


2. on the other hand in a pan heat ghee on a slow flame  add royal cumin as it crackles 
3. Add chopped ginger and chopped green chilies sauté just for a minute
4.  Add mashed potatoes, sauté for a while now add red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala powder, tomato ketchup, chat masala, chopped spinach and spinach puree, sauté. Take it off the flame.
5. On the other hand make a batter with water, refined flour, carom seeds, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
6. Now, take two roundels of cottage cheese together and stuffing in between.(sandwich)
7. Dip these sandwiched roundels in the batter and deep fry it.
8. Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot.
