200 Gms Flour
1 pinch of Baking powder
1 pinch of salt
250 ml Milk
100 gms Butter
100 gms blue berries
Syrup, Honey, Fresh cream, Icecream
Blueberries for garnish
Mix together the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.
Beat the milk with eggs separately
In the dry mixture, whisk in the egg-milk to make a smooth batter. Whisk slowly to avoid lumps.
Add the butter in (melt the butter before hand).
Stir in the blue berries in the batter.
Heat a teaspoon of oil or butter on a non-stick frying pan.
Drop a big spoon of batter on the pan.
Let it cook for around three minutes until small bubbles appear on the surface
Flip the pancake and cook for few more minutes until golden.
Serve with syrup, honey or fresh cream or icecream.
Garnish with blueberries.
