Recipe: Bourbon Balls
Bourbon balls are a delight for all those who have a sweet tooth!

Ingredients :

1/2 Pound Cake
1/4 Cup Sugar
3 Tbs Corn Syrup
1 Tbs Cocoa
1/4 Cup Bourbon
2 Cups Dark Chocolate or Chocolate Chips

Procedure:

In a mixer with a paddle attachment combine the pound cake, sugar, corn syrup, cocoa and Bourbon and mix well using a small scoop and roll into balls.

Melt the chocolate and dip the Bourbon balls in to coat well.

Chill to set up chocolate and serve.
